 Today I wanted to buy a new MacMini, but no! Apple believes that a customer with a valid credit card needs to be scrutinized for at least a day even if he confirmed the phone number and email... For a freaking MacMini!

Background It looks like most companies are unable to get out of their core competency and at best can only become second best to real leaders. Let’s consider the history. IBM core competency was mainframes and consulting. They were innovative enough to invent a personal computer, but were they able to monetize that advantage? No. They just did not get it.
